Cut, fold, bead and bend
This project was a material exploration into sheet steel and wire.
By imitating the folds of paper Georgia Ablett and I manipulated the steel through
various techniques to transform the steel into a scuptural functional piece. A trug,
perfect for the garden. Filling it with flowers, fruits and vegetables.
Easy to shift from garden to table, creating a gorgeous, vegetable and fruit bowl.

This CNC routed egg holder is designed to hold 12 eggs, made from tulip and finished with mineral oil.

ISOKON
Host is a modular wine rack, designed for a live project with Isokon.
Using their pioneered material ofAeroply and plywood. Using CNC manufacturing.
The Donkey being a synonymous design with Isokon, tasked to create
a ‘desk sized Donkey’ and object to store and display.
What better to display than your collection of wine, an object with
importance and deserves a proper home. Host, hosts your bottles
as you will host your guests.

The Tinkërkit is a series of collectible brass tubes, fashioned with different implements to aid various mending processes.
These were created from my brief title, Reclamation. An approach that I believe is crucial to obtain
objects that create sentiment, novelty and longevity. These pendants can be clasped onto anywhere and anything,
to equip the user with on-the-go tools that will reduce their willingness to let go of objects that may still serve a purpose!

STACKAGING X NOTPLA
A packaging brief for a stadium, working with Notplas dissapearing packaging,
replacing plastics with biodegradable seaweed.
This packaging allows stadium and event goers an easy way to carry multiple meals of various sizes
in one hand. We also created a stadium graphic of cheering people that is used as a locator for each box.
There are two sizes of boxes one large and small , the larger boxes have a tab
mechanism that folds down to allow smaller boxes to fit perfectly on top.

A studio chair creted from Plykea off cuts and simply joining methods.
This chair is designed as a perch for the user, and can be rotated for either a right of left handed arm chair.

MIRACLE PLATE
A ridiculously genius product. Making commentary
on 1950s household advertisements,
aimed at women, this plate allows more time for the lady
of the house, reducing her washing up time by 3/4.
Being able to wash the plate and cutlery simultaneously.

LUMINATE
Integrating printing, card and technlogy.
I created a poster radio, set on the wall to lisen
to any station, creating art from a radio.
The graphics are based on stadard print tests,
Luminate who is a bespoke packaging company
focused on small batch high quality printing
techiques,I emulated a print colour guide for the key
of both the radio station and volume the user is at
on the right hand side. As well as the main graphic
being replicating a risograph test.
